Ninjas

I know of this sweet and gentle ninja. He is my favorite. He is so fierce and bold, yet so swift and graceful. He is one of a kind. There is no other ninja like him. He protects me and secures me with love, and no one else can do the same. My ninja loves me. He is so beautiful and amazing. He is smart and loving. He is kind and giving. He is patient. He is the best ninja out there.

I know of this endearing and playful lioness. She is a praying lioness and is bold in what she believes. I miss this lioness. She is slow to trust others. And she is scared of abandonment... I love my lioness, but she has been gone for so long. I dont think I know who she is anymore. I miss my lioness...

Something better, Something more

Well, this week has been a very humbling one. I just have so much to say that really, only silence and solitude can speak it.

Through all of this--the school work, being behind, not having the most stable relationships, etc--I can still breathe and have peace. It will definitely be a journey to walk through...dealing with undealt pain. Engaging it, and seeing them as "sacred" things, a time of tending and gently caring for wounds... look at things that have had an injustice done upon, or pain being inflicted upon.

God really does love us. He wants for us to be humbled and happy. Blessed.

I truly do feel refreshed.

These past few years have been a testimony of what can manifest when your wounds are avoided. Have been ignored. Yet, it has been such a huge testimony of how God has been so faithful through all of it. Of how He's pursued after me through all this time.

Thank you Lord.

Please dont let me resist your will now.

Emotionalism?

I analyze myself too much I suppose. *shrug.

Well, I just read my last post and then skimmed through the one before that as well.

I have decided that I have some serious emotional issues, and that yes, my dear reader, you need not fret in worry regarding this issue that I have. I am quite aware of it.

Lol.

Oh goodness... just bare with me as I process all of this in the next year or so? Pray that I wont waste time, eh?

Till then world: continue on to read about the life of a messed up Hmong-American Christian woman (and who is probably more "liberal" than her conservative friends would like, and more "conservative" than her liberal friends would like as well. She's also lots of other things, BUT that won't be fit for now. The conservative and liberal analogy was to just give you, the reader, an understanding of how she is quite all over the place...)

This is me

Transition of life again.

It's bittersweet. Also shows the grace, glory, and love of Yeshua.

Sigh.

This is going to be hard, but I will go through it well. I will finish well. I will understand your ways thoroughly now. Thank you Lord.

Psalm 119:25-30

25 I am laid low in the dust;
preserve my life according to your word.

26 I recounted my ways and you answered me;
teach me your decrees.

27 Let me understand the teaching of your precepts;
then I will meditate on your wonders.

28 My soul is weary with sorrow;
strengthen me according to your word.

29 Keep me from deceitful ways;
be gracious to me through your law.

30 I have chosen the way of truth;
I have set my heart on your laws.

31 I hold fast to your statutes, O LORD;
do not let me be put to shame.

32 I run in the path of your commands,
for you have set my heart free.

Regrets?

I don't know why I don't necessarily have peace about a certain decision I just made. Sigh. But I will talk about this decision later after I go play Super Smash Brothers with Jenni. :)

The Bigger Picture

So when you reflect on life...even if it's reflection on the past month, which is quite recent, much contemplation takes place. Man. Life has its moments.

I can't wait till this week is over. I just want to paint again. That is all.

And go to the gym haha.

But yeah... life is interesting from the other perspective.

Poetry

Redemption
Release
A breath after suffocating for so long
Oh the struggle of a people
Freedom
It is at hand
She dances with us tonight
Glory my people!
Glory!
Salvation!
We have it.
We have found our country
No more heartache, my love!
My love...
You are free now
Wipe the dust off your feet
Go.
Dream your dreams tonight
Sleep in shalom
He has come.
